Precision

I had Precision fix a leaky shower drain and service my furnace. I talked to all the techs that showed up to perform the work. They were extremely competent, professional, and friendly. I was charged a very competitive rate and treated fairly. I would strongly recommend them.

First off thank you for calling me back right away this morning. Collin was very friendly and went right to work replacing my sump pump. He said he’d never seen one that had so much water running in and that he would talk to his boss about upgrading the pump. Thank you Collin for caring enough to be so concerned, your employer is fortunate to have you!

Our furnace quit working overnight coveniently while my husband was out of town. I called multiple places with most being booked til next day, until I reached Precision and they had Tanner out within 2 hours! He came on time, was very friendly, and got our furnace up and running right away. He was so great to work with and will absolutely be calling them again in the future for our HVAC needs. Thank you, Tanner! You were great!

Colin was great. Quickly diagnosed the issue, had the parts required to efficiently take care of the problem. Love working with Precision for all plumbing and HVAC items. They do a great job!

My girlfriend moved into a twin home and prior to her moving in the previous owner had them out to clean and go through the split level AC. Fast forward to two weeks after she moved in and the AC was throwing codes! Precision came out and said a mouse completely ate away the motherboard within two weeks of them previously being out! They came and fixed the motherboard and then said the compressor was out and would just be cheapest to get a whole new unit! We called around and got another company out and they diagnosed the problem almost immediately… it was low on Freon because of a leak! The other company got the problem fixed in no time at all! I would look elsewhere as it seems like some of the technicians lack some skills!

Jake was awesome. Came to help with a plumbing issue in a couple hours. Friendly, fast, and solved the problem. Definitely recommend their service.
